Returns, Shipping & Holding Policy
We always hope that you love what you purchase from Simply Pink Boutique. However, we get that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We only offer online STORE CREDIT for returns. The item must be returned in 14 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, after 14 days your order will not be qualified for return and store credit.
ALL SALE AND SEASONAL ITEMS are FINAL SALE!
In order for you to return items, they must be in perfect condition, like how they were when you purchased. If you remove the tag, wash the item, has a hole, stain or a smell, it will NOT be accepted.
Return Instructions:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS AND UPS, No return authorization is needed, please email us at simplypinkorders@gmail.com for the exact address.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Then your store credit will be available.

Free Shipping for orders $100+
Please allow 2-4 days before being shipped out
Please know we are not responsible for lost orders. Please file a lost order claim with the post office.
Holding Policy:
Not sure if it is the right size? No worries! Send us a message and ask us to hold. We have a 24 hour hold policy. However, since we are a small business all inventory is online as well. We can not guarantee if it will still be on hold if sold online.
